What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your web browser. They are widely used to keep websites working and to provide information to website operators.

All our cookies are set with the Secure and HttpOnly flags, meaning they are only transmitted over HTTPS and cannot be accessed by client-side scripts.
Third-Party Cookies
Cloudflare Turnstile is used on our registration and contact forms to prevent bot submissions. It may set its own cookies per Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
Your Consent Choices
When you first visit WorkCampConnect, a cookie banner gives you the option to Accept or Decline cookies. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage (not a cookie) so the banner doesn't reappear.
- Accept — all cookies (essential and any future optional cookies) are allowed.
- Decline — only essential cookies required for the platform to function are set. Currently all our cookies are essential, so both choices produce the same result. If we add optional cookies in the future (such as analytics), declining will prevent those from being set.
You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site, which will cause the banner to reappear.
Managing Cookies
You can also delete or block cookies through your browser settings. However, because our cookies are essential, disabling them may prevent you from logging in or using the platform.
