Updating Your Company Info, Profile, and Billing

Keep your company name, profile, billing details, and contact info up to date so members and our team can reach you.

Your company information appears on every listing and on your public employer profile. Keeping it current helps applicants make informed decisions and ensures we can reach you for billing or platform notices.

What you can update

From your dashboard you can update:

  • Company name — appears on every listing
  • Company description — what you do, your style, what makes you a good employer
  • Logo and photos — visual identity for your profile and listings
  • Location — city/state where members will be working (if different from billing)
  • RV/housing details — what RV site or housing you provide (size, hookups, amenities)
  • What makes us great — paragraph that appears on your public profile
  • Contact info — phone, public email (separate from your account login email)
  • Website link — your own site if you have one
  • Billing address — for invoices
  • Account login email — where you receive notifications

How to update

  1. Sign in to your dashboard at /employers/dashboard/.
  2. Click Company Profile in the sidebar (for marketing-side info) or Account Settings (for billing/login).
  3. Edit the fields you need to update.
  4. Click Save Changes.

Most changes apply immediately to your public profile and existing listings. Billing changes apply to future transactions only.

Photos that work well

Your photos do a lot of work — they're often the first impression a candidate gets:

  • The RV site or housing you provide — show the actual space, not a stock photo
  • Your property's setting — landscape, lake, trees, anything that conveys what daily life looks like
  • Where the work happens — campground office, maintenance shed, gate area, store, etc.
  • You and your team — putting faces to the operation builds trust

Avoid: blurry phone photos, photos with personal info visible (license plates, addresses), photos with strangers' faces visible.

Updating your account email

If your email address changes (you switched email providers, your business email is different now), update your account login email:

  1. Go to Account SettingsLogin Email.
  2. Enter the new email and your current password.
  3. Click Send Verification.
  4. Check the new email for a verification link and click it within 24 hours.

Until you verify the new email, the old one stays active. After verification, the new email becomes your login.

Changing your company name

Changing your company name is straightforward but updates everywhere it appears — including past listings and reviews. If your business name changes mid-season, future applicants will see the new name even on listings posted under the old name. This is usually fine, but worth knowing.

Removing your photos / logo

To remove a photo, click the trash icon on the thumbnail in your Company Profile editor. To remove your logo, click Remove Logo below the logo upload. Removing a logo means listings will display your company name in plain text instead.
