Writing a job listing that attracts the right candidates can feel daunting, especially if you've never written one before. Our built-in AI listing creator turns a few quick details about your role into a complete, professional job description in seconds.
When to use the AI assistant
The AI assistant is best for:
- Drafting your first description from scratch when you don't know where to start.
- Improving an existing description by adding structure, polish, or missing details.
- Generating variations for different positions at the same property.
- Translating bullet-point notes into flowing, member-friendly prose.
How it works
Inside the posting wizard at Step 2 — Description, you'll see an "AI Assist" button. Click it and provide:
- The job title and key responsibilities (a few bullets is fine)
- Your work environment (campground, RV park, resort, etc.)
- What's included (RV site, utilities, paid hours, etc.)
- The kind of person you're hoping to attract
The AI generates a complete description with an attention-grabbing intro, a clear duties section, qualifications, and a closing call-to-action. You can then edit the result directly — nothing is locked.
Tips for better results
Be specific. "We need a campground host" generates a generic post. "We need an experienced campground host couple to manage check-ins, run our weekly campfire program, and lead light grounds maintenance" generates a tailored, compelling listing.
Mention what's unique. Free RV site? Pet-friendly? Beautiful location? National Park proximity? The AI will weave these into the listing's appeal.
Be honest about hours and pay. The AI follows what you tell it. Vague inputs make vague listings. Specific inputs make listings that attract qualified, prepared applicants.
What the AI won't do
The AI won't make up details you didn't provide. If you don't mention housing, the listing won't claim you offer housing. If you don't mention pay, it won't invent a number. This protects you legally and ensures the listing accurately represents your role.
Editing after AI generation
You can freely edit the AI-generated description before publishing. Most employers accept the first draft with minor tweaks. Click directly into the description box and adjust anything that doesn't match your voice.
Reusing for similar jobs
If you've posted a similar listing before, you can duplicate it from your "My Jobs" page and edit the differences instead of starting fresh. See Editing, renewing, and duplicating listings for details.
