The WorkCampConnect Job Board
The Job Board is your go-to resource for finding work camping opportunities. Employers and campgrounds post positions here, and our team also imports jobs from trusted sources to keep the board full of current opportunities.
Browsing Jobs
Navigate to the Job Board from your dashboard sidebar or the main navigation. You’ll see a list of available positions with key details including:
- Job title and employer name
- Location (state and area)
- Job category (campground host, maintenance, office, seasonal, etc.)
- Date posted and expiration date
- Whether the listing is a Premium job
Filtering and Sorting
Use the filters at the top of the job board to narrow your search:
- Category — Filter by job type (campground host, maintenance, etc.).
- Location — Filter by state or region.
- Sort by — Sort by newest, expiring soon, or other criteria.
Base Camp vs. Full Hookup Access
- Base Camp (Free) — You can browse the job board and view up to 3 job details per day. After reaching the limit, you’ll need to wait until the next day or upgrade to continue viewing.
- Full Hookup (Paid) — Unlimited job views with no daily limit, plus access to Premium job listings that are exclusive to Full Hookup members.
What Are Premium Jobs?
Jobs marked with a Premium badge are exclusive listings available only to Full Hookup members. These are often high-quality positions with competitive benefits. If you’re on Base Camp, you’ll see that a premium job exists but won’t be able to view its details.
Viewing Job Details
Click on any job listing to see the full details, including:
- Complete job description and requirements
- Compensation and benefits
- How to apply (website link, email, or phone number)
- Application deadline
Applying for Jobs
WorkCampConnect connects you with the employer — applications are submitted directly to the employer through their preferred method (usually an external website or email). Click the Apply or contact link in the job details to get started.
