Email & Notification Settings
Stay in control of how WorkCampConnect communicates with you. Here’s how to manage your email address and notification preferences.
Changing Your Email Address
- Go to your Dashboard and click Settings in the sidebar.
- Find the Email field and enter your new email address.
- Click Save to update.
Note: Your email address must be unique — it cannot already be associated with another WorkCampConnect account. Your new email will be used for all future login and communication.
Newsletter Preferences
WorkCampConnect may send occasional newsletters with community updates, new features, and helpful content. You can opt in or out of these emails:
- Go to your account settings.
- Find the Newsletter toggle.
- Toggle it on or off based on your preference.
- Save your changes.
Notification Types
Depending on your activity, you may receive email notifications for:
- Support ticket replies — When our team responds to your ticket.
- Account changes — Password resets, email changes, subscription updates.
- Platform announcements — Important updates from the WorkCampConnect team.
If you’re receiving emails you don’t want, check your settings first. If the issue persists, contact support for help.
