Refund Policy and How to Request a Refund

Refund Policy

We want every member to feel confident upgrading to Full Hookup. Here is our complete refund policy.

Monthly Memberships

Monthly memberships are non-refundable. When you cancel a monthly membership you keep Full Hookup access through the end of your billing period at no additional charge. We do not issue partial refunds for unused days in a monthly cycle.

Annual Memberships

Annual memberships come with stronger refund protection:

  • If you cancel within 30 days of your annual purchase date you are eligible for a full refund of $89.50.
  • If you cancel after 30 days you are eligible for a prorated refund covering any unused complete months remaining in your annual period.

Example: If you purchased an annual membership in January and cancel in August having used 7 complete months, you would receive a prorated refund for the remaining 5 months.

How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted through the Help Center:

  1. Click the Contact Us link in the navigation.
  2. Select Billing and Membership as the department.
  3. Include your registered email address and a brief description of your request.

Refund requests are reviewed and processed within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Square and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
