WorkCampConnect is a web-based platform that works in any modern browser on any device. Here’s what you need for the best experience.

Supported Browsers

We recommend using the latest version of any of these browsers:

  • Google Chrome (recommended)
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Apple Safari
  • Microsoft Edge

Older browsers or browsers with outdated versions may not display all features correctly. If you experience issues, try updating your browser to the latest version.

Mobile & Tablet

WorkCampConnect is fully responsive and works on smartphones and tablets. The site automatically adjusts its layout to fit your screen size. You can access all features — dashboard, forum, map, job board, portal, and help center — from your mobile device.

No app download is required. Simply visit WorkCampConnect in your mobile browser.

Requirements

  • JavaScript must be enabled (it’s enabled by default in all modern browsers).
  • Cookies must be enabled for login sessions to work.
  • Location services — If you want to use the Member Map’s “use my location” feature, you’ll need to allow location access in your browser when prompted.

Slow Performance?

If the site feels slow:

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies (see Troubleshooting Common Issues).
  • Close unnecessary browser tabs.
  • Try a different browser to rule out browser-specific issues.
  • Check your internet connection.
