Job Duties Workers will perform assigned duties as instructed by their supervisor. Duties may vary from time to time. Variety Farms will also hire and manage food preparation for the agricultural workers, job duties are subject to change due to crop and weather conditions and will be concurrent with other agricultural job orders, can be performed standing or walking long periods of time extreme hot, wet & cold temperatures.
