Crew Boss

Job Duties Helps with the directing and organizing of the pickers. Crew Bosses will drive tractors in the orchards, to make sure that bins are in the correct area for pickers to continue picking fruit and that full marked bins are removed to the loading area. Crew Boss are in charge of marking bins in the field and checking for the correct size and color of the fruit. Crew Bosses using an iPad will keep track of their pickers time, marking bins and enter them into the picking system. They will need some basic understanding of how to use an iPad.…
