Job Duties Workers will perform general field duties to include but not limited to grow and process chiles: thin, irrigate, weed, harvest, roast, and pack chiles. Able to lift 50 lbs. and work in all types of weather conditions (heat, cold, wind, moisture, and dust). Days and hours will vary (+/-); possible down times and/or extended hours. All applicants must be able, willing, and qualified to perform duties described and must be available for the entire period specified and work in intended area of employment.
