FARMWORKER, FARM LABORER

Job Duties Farmworkers/Laborers will perform a range of hands-on agricultural duties to support crop production and field maintenance. Responsibilities include tilling and preparing soil for planting, transplanting seedlings or young plants into fields, removing weeds by hand or with basic tools, and thinning or pruning crops to promote healthy growth, improve crop quality, and maximize yield.
