Job Duties This job requires 2 months of Oyster Picking/ Planting by the worker Crops: Oysters. These crops listed may or may not be planted and employer is not limited to only these crops listed Oyster Planter/ Picker: Picking can take place during any type of weather and any time of the day or night. Some shellfish beds are reached by walking across the mudflats while others are reached by a crew boat.
