Job Duties Operations of a commercial cut flower farm, including hand-weeding (40%, ), planting(20%), cultivation(10%) and harvest(30%) of cut flower crops. Weed field beds, prepare harvest equipment, harvest flowers, transport flowers from field to trucks in 20 to 50 pound buckets. Load trucks, install and remove crop support netting, install and remove irrigation systems. Schedule Total hours/week: 48. Work hours: 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M..
