Job Duties Workers will perform assigned duties as instructed by their supervisor, Greenhouse Farm Labor: Seed Sowing: Using a single cell tray, workers will fill holes with the soil medium distributing it evenly and not over packing it. Workers will then sow in the seeds into each individual single cell, after all seeds have been put in, workers will gently push into the seed pushing it ½ inch down into the soil and will then add a layer of soil to cover up.
