Job Duties Blueberry Harvesting by hand - Pluck blueberries from bush by hand, place in baskets, in flats or in masters, turn fruit in at site being collected. Job is outdoors and continues in all types of weather. Must be able to work long hours in direct sunlight, where weather conditions may be hot and humid, rain is possible and worker will be exposed to pollen the entire day while performing he job duties.
