Job Duties Pull weeds/chop: Workers will walk along rows as specified by employer and remove weeds and grass from fields by hand or using a hoe. Cultivate and hand harvest flue-cured tobacco, sweet potato, pickles, melons, cabbage. Cultivate, harvest, grade, sort and pack long green cukes, bell pepper, eggplant and squash in the field. Load and unload harvested crops and farm materials. Workers do not load packed final product onto trucks for shipment. May operate and perform minor maintenance on farm vehicles or equipment.…
