Field Worker

Job Duties Crops: Blueberries, Strawberries, Grapes Workers will harvest strawberries by hand for processing.Workers may perform the work while kneeling, squatting, or bending over, whichever is most comfortable. Strawberries will be picked into 2-gallon buckets and transferred into boxes with a maximum weight of 13 pounds per box. Workers will handle 6 to 8 boxes per trip and carry two boxes at a time (approximately 27 to 30 pounds combined) from the row to the weighing station or transport them using a company-provided cart.…
