Field Worker

Job Duties • Watermelon Harvest- Field Harvest workers will harvest watermelons, including cutting, pitching, stacking, and sorting product. • Crew Lead- Team Leaders will be responsible for directing and monitoring the work of other farm workers, checking crop quality, filling out paperwork, report to a supervisor, and provide general oversight in the field.
