Field Workers

Job Duties planting of sugarcane by hand; operating farm equipment during harvesting of sugar cane; farm and field sanitation duties; operation and performing minor repairs and maintenance of farm vehicles and equipment in the fields; Able to work in hot, humid weather, bending and stooping to reach ground level crops and able to stand on feet for long periods of time. Once hired, workers may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination. Schedule Total hours/week: 35.
