Field Workers

Job Duties planting of sugarcane by hand; operating farm equipment during harvesting of sugar cane in the field; farm and field sanitation duties; operation and performing minor repairs and maintenance of farm vehicles and equipment; after harvesting, the worker will assist with the fields cleanup and preparations for the upcoming planting season. Able to work in hot, humid weather, bending and stooping to reach ground level crops and able to stand on feet for long periods of time. Once hired, workers may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to worker.…
