First Line Supervisor

Job Duties This contract encompasses supervising general farm labor and labor for apples, pears and cherries. The first line supervisor leads the team of farm workers and work alongside them, providing instruction and training in the work. Train all crewmembers to understand quality and daily production requests. The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring goals and work standards are met and that work and housing rules are being followed. Must attend mandatory meetings and trainings as needed.
