First-Line Supervisors of Farm Workers

Job Duties First-line supervisors have no authority to directly hire or discharge workers. However, first-line supervisors may be instructed by management to give warnings or take disciplinary action against workers not following protocols. Will oversee the quality of work performed by the workers. Worker will be responsible for providing field workers with necessary water supply, and work tools.
