Nursery / Farmworker

Job Duties Workers will perform manual labor to assist with blueberry nursery and field operations. Duties include planting, transplanting, pruning, moving plants, lifting, weeding, fertilizing, irrigating, and performing simple, repetitive tasks to assist with plant propagation such as placing cuttings or liners as directed. Workers will follow instructions from supervisors regarding any plant, pest, or weed issues. Workers will not make independent decisions about pesticide or fertilizer selection.
