See Work Camping Sites Before You Go

If you've been work camping for any amount of time, you know the drill. You find a listing that sounds great, the pay looks decent, and the location seems perfect. Then you show up and realize the "full hookup RV site" is a gravel patch behind a dumpster with a garden hose for water.

We've all been there.

That's why we built the Video Vault — a place where work campers can share short video tours of the sites they're actually staying at. Not stock photos. Not the employer's marketing pictures. Real, honest, 30-second walkarounds filmed by people who are parked there right now.

What kind of videos are we talking about?

Think of it like showing a friend around your site. Walk around your RV, show the hookups, pan across the view. If the pad is tight, show that. If the scenery is incredible, show that too. It doesn't need to be fancy — just honest.

These are the kinds of things that matter when you're deciding whether to drive 800 miles for a job:

  • What does the actual RV pad look like?
  • Is it gravel, concrete, or dirt?
  • How close are the neighbors?
  • What's the hookup situation really like?
  • Is there room for your slides?
  • What does the surrounding area look like?

This only works if people contribute

Right now, the Video Vault is brand new and we need members to start filling it up. Whether you're gate guarding on a dirt lot in West Texas, hosting at a state park in Oregon, or working at an RV resort in Florida — your site tour could be the thing that helps someone else make a better decision.

It takes 30 seconds to film and about a minute to upload.

How it works

  1. Go to the Video Vault from your dashboard or the Tools section
  2. Click the Upload tab
  3. Record a quick video on your phone (60 seconds max)
  4. Add a title, your location, and the employer name
  5. Submit — our team reviews it and it goes live

That's it. No editing required. No production value needed. Just point your phone and walk around.

Why bother?

Because the next person considering that job is going to want to know exactly what you wished you knew before you got there. And right now, there's nowhere online that shows you what work camping sites actually look like.

Until now.
