Lady Douglas-Don Peninsula Conservancy was established as part of government’s land use decision for the central coast planning area. This conservancy consists of several outer coastal islands and an intricate mainland shoreline with numerous small bays, coves, passages and shoals. This conservancy protects important marbled murrelet habitat.
