What is WorkCampConnect?
WorkCampConnect is a community platform built for work campers. It brings together job listings, community discussions, an interactive member map, downloadable resources, and more — all in one place designed specifically for the work camping lifestyle.
Is registration free?
Yes! Creating an account is completely free. The free Base Camp plan gives you access to general forum boards, the ability to browse the map, portal, and job board, and access to the Help Center. You can upgrade to Full Hookup at any time for the full experience.
What’s the difference between Base Camp and Full Hookup?
Base Camp (Free) gives you access to general forum discussions, map and portal browsing, limited job views (3 per day), and the Help Center.
Full Hookup (Paid) unlocks everything: exclusive forum boards, full map interaction with your own pin, unlimited job views and premium listings, full portal access with downloads and bookmarks, priority support, and more. See Understanding Membership Plans for the full comparison.
Do I need to pay to use the forum?
No. Base Camp members have free access to general discussion boards on the forum. Full Hookup members get additional access to exclusive, member-only boards.
Can I change my username?
Your display name can be updated from your Profile settings. If you need to change the email address associated with your account, see Managing Your Email & Notifications.
Where do I get help?
You’re in the right place! The Help Center has articles covering every part of the platform. Use the search bar at the top to find answers quickly, or browse by category. If you can’t find what you need, contact support and we’ll help you directly.
I registered but never got a verification email. What do I do?
Check your spam/junk folder first. If it’s not there, visit the resend verification email page to request a new link. If you’re still stuck, contact support and we’ll verify your account manually.
