Canceling Your Membership
Canceling your Full Hookup membership is easy and you can do it at any time right from your dashboard. There are no hoops to jump through and no need to contact anyone.
How to Cancel
- Log in to your WorkCampConnect account.
- Click on your name or avatar in the top navigation to open the account menu.
- Click Membership & Billing.
- Scroll to the Manage Subscription section.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm your cancellation when prompted.
What Happens Next
- Your subscription is canceled immediately.
- You keep Full Hookup access through the end of your current billing period.
- On your billing end date your account automatically moves to the Base Camp free plan.
- Your personal records and tracker data are always saved — nothing is deleted.
- You can reactivate at any time from the same Membership & Billing page.
