Your Dashboard at a Glance
The Dashboard is your home base on WorkCampConnect. After logging in, you’ll land here and have quick access to everything the platform offers. Here’s what you’ll find.
Welcome Area
At the top of your Dashboard, you’ll see a personalized greeting with your name and your current membership plan displayed as a badge (Base Camp or Full Hookup). This lets you know at a glance what features are available to you.
Notifications & Announcements
The Dashboard shows recent platform announcements from the WorkCampConnect team. These might include new features, scheduled maintenance, community updates, or important notices. Check this area regularly to stay informed.
Activity Feed
Your activity feed shows recent actions on your account, such as:
- Recent logins
- Support ticket updates
- Subscription changes
- Other account activity
Support Tickets
If you’ve submitted any support tickets, you can see their status directly from the Dashboard. Click into a ticket to view the conversation and any replies from our support team.
Sidebar Navigation
The sidebar on the left gives you quick access to every section of the platform:
- Dashboard — Return to your home screen.
- Community Forum — Browse and participate in discussions.
- Member Map — See where work campers are located.
- Job Board — Browse work camping job listings.
- Download Portal — Access resources, guides, and files.
- Help Center — Find articles and answers.
- Profile & Settings — Update your account information.
- Support — Submit and track support tickets.
Base Camp vs. Full Hookup Dashboard
Both plans have access to the Dashboard, but the features available through the sidebar differ:
- Base Camp members can access the forum (general boards), browse the map and portal, view limited job details, and use the help center.
- Full Hookup members unlock the full experience: exclusive forum boards, full map interaction, unlimited job views, portal downloads, and priority support.
